Could you imagine someone running their businesses in today’s world without any assistance from a backend dev or a dev altogether for managing their services?
The answer is “YES”. Low-code/No-code platforms have made it possible.

What is it?
Low-code development is a way to build software applications faster by reducing the need to write code. With a low-code application development platform, you can use visual development tools — such as drag-and-drop modelers and point-and-click interface creation — to enable the rapid creation, deployment, and maintenance of powerful business apps.

I still remember creating my own website(https://kpraveenkumarreddy.wixsite.com/latestprofile) about 5 years back using Wix.com and believe me — all I did was to drag and drop the components.
Well, the outcome is not appealing but it is indeed a place to get started.

These services offered on different platforms would enable businesses to provide services without much knowledge of technology and its development offerings.

A quick workflow: Imagine you are receiving invoices from your customers and if at all there are any issues you need to connect quickly with them and address their questions.
Interfaces: Google Gmail, Microsoft Dropbox, and Slack.
It would take a lot of development effort to integrate all these apps from different enterprises.
But with Low-code platforms, the same can be achieved very easily.

A few of the best Low/no-code platforms include the following :
1. OutSystems
2. Appian Corporation
3. Zoho Creator
4. Mendex
5. Oracle Apex
6. Caspio
7. Quickbase
8. ServiceNow
9. Quixy
10. Vinyl C (Zudy)
